How many guests does Tippecanoe Lake Country Club accommodate?

Tippecanoe Lake Country Club can comfortably accommodate parties of up to 220 people for a sit-down dinner and as many as 300 for a standing cocktail & hors d’oeuvres reception 

 

Do I need to be a member of the country club to have an event?

No, we have reasonable facility rental rates for non-members.

 

May I come see the venue?

Yes, but it is advised that you make an appointment for the tour with our Banquet Specialist prior to coming to the club.

 

May I be married at the country club?

Our foyer is a beautiful setting for an intimate marriage service with the view of the lake, the large fireplace and the chandelier. You may be married outside as well. Wedding Ceremonies in the foyer are available, for a minimal cost, with 90 chairs maximum. If an outside ceremony is your dream setting, you may be married on the treed front lawn or lakeside.


We have some beautiful locations for your photographer to take pictures of you. A representative of Tippecanoe Lake Country Club must be with you when you are on the golf course.

 

Where may I get ready for the ceremony if I am married on site?

 The ladies locker room is available for use at no additional cost

 

Do you hold rehearsal dinners?

Yes, we do.

 

What does the price include? 

We provide skirting for the bridal table, gift table, cake table, and if selected the buffet and hors d’oeuvres tables. We also provide the china, silver, and glassware. The setting up of the room and cleaning the room following the reception will be taken care of by our staff members. You will be able to select from many different napkin and tablecloth colors for your table coverings

 

Do you cater the food?

Our chef and his staff prepare all of your selections in house with the freshest ingredients. He is also available for personal menu consultation to create your dream reception menu.  

 

Can I provide my own food and liquor?

As a full-service facility all food and beverage must be provided by the Club with the exception of wedding cakes.

 

Is there a cake cutting fee?

We do charge a nominal fee.

 

Who will be my contact the day of my event?

Our Banquet Specialist will be on hand to assist you with anything you need.

 

What is the latest time my event can last?

Your event may last until midnight.

 

How many hours do we have the facility?

You will have one hour for your ceremony and five hours of reception time.

 

When may I come in to decorate?

You and your vendors may come the morning of the event to set-up.

 

May I bring in my own centerpieces?

Yes.

 

Do you provide vendor meals?

You may purchase vendor meals..
